Cudahy Senior qualifies for Nationals in Irish Dance

Gillian Miner, a senior at Cudahy High School qualified for the 2012 National championship in Irish Dance this past weekend. Her 1st place finish in the over 17 age group earned her the opportunity to compete at 2012 National Championship which will be held in Chicago Illinois.

The Saturday competition, called Wisconsin WinterFeis, was held at the Waukesha County Expo Center.

The Cashel Dennehy School of Irish dance sponsors the competition each January. Gillian has competed in Irish dance for over 13 years and her determination and hard work have finally paid off! Congratulations Gillian!
