The Milwaukee Rowing Club Junior Crew team recently completed a successful fall season.
The Junior Crew competed in the Milwaukee River Challenge, the Tail of the Fox in DePere and the Head of the Rock in Rockford, Ill.
The top girls and boys varsity boats went on to compete in Boston, Mass., at the Head of the Charles, where more than 7,500 rowers from around the world competed in 55 race events.
Both boats finished in the top 25 percent in their event, which guarantees them an entry for next year.
Representing Wauwatosa were Leslie Dess, Anna Leach, Mike Lindberg, Samantha Stone and Hank Wong.
